1. Access to the library collections is open to all.
2. Access to the collections is free.
3. At registering the reader should:
   3.1.  produce a valid identity card or other proof of identity,
   3.2.  familiarise oneself with the internal regulations of the divisions.
4. The reader is responsible for the borrowed books.
5. Violation of regulations or improper behaviour deprives the reader of the right of access to from the library.

Reading-room for Adults:	9 – 18
Reading-room for Children:	10 – 18

On Thursdays the library is closed.
